The Thunderbirds outlast the Norsemen 31-14

The story of the game is gold Wr Corey Armstrong.

Opening drive. 3rd and 1. Catches a 67 yd Td on a deep corner route.

2nd and goal. Catches a Td on a 7 yd slant.

After the Norsemen score to tighten the game at 14-7, with 10 seconds left before half, returns a kickoff 95 yds for a Td.

And to cap it off, gives the 'Birds some breathing room in the 4th quarter with his 4th Td on a 5 yd slant.

Congrats on title #3 @MightyRx - Armstrong must be in a contract year.

Congrats on making it this far @HeavyHitter55 - That 1st playoff win is always the toughest. Focus on the positives and build upon that. Kickoff returns for a TD are always tough to swallow, especially after scoring a TD vs defense 1st teams. Mere seconds left in the half only compound the fact.
